André De Freitas is a Portuguese stand-up comedian who's performed in over 30 countries and made history as Portugal's first comic to break internationally. Winner of Best New International Act at the 2023 Melbourne Comedy Festival, André made his Edinburgh Fringe debut to critical acclaim, earning multiple ★★★★★ reviews and a spot on the BBC's World Service Comedy Special in 2024. His clips have racked up more than 50 million views online, and in 2025 he released his first comedy special on Youtube, expanding his global audience and solidifying his reputation as one of Europe's sharpest new voices.
